Artist Alicia Amiri is a longtime Seattle musician, songwriter, and guitarist whose sound blends dark folk minimalism with the shadow of grunge and heavier rock. Her earliest work was solo — voice and guitar — drawn toward darker emotional terrain.

Valentine's Day is her new EP released on February 6, 2026 wit two songs: I've Been Down and Valentine's Day.

After more than a decade away from releasing solo music, Amiri returns to the fold with precision and clarity. The songs are sparse and deliberate, favoring atmosphere over ornament and restraint over layers. Informed by goth and heavy rock as much as folk tradition, her music feels quietly heavy — intimate, unresolved, and intentional.
